Dave Heinrichs

I was just shocked to read in a newsletter that Dave Heinrichs had died on July 27th. Dave was  a member of the church we attend in Steinbach, Manitoba, one of our prayer team and a tireless spreader of the gospel even in retirement. He met with Garry every time we were home to discuss how the project was going. When we were home in June he not only drove out to the farm for a talk, but was busy trying to organize a meeting with a prospective donor for our trade school project. He really wished he could come and see Ukraine and our village project, because he was so excited about the opportunities it presented,  but was limited by poor health after a heart attack years ago.  He served as EFCCM Director in the early nineties and led the way for service in Eastern Europe. We, like the rest of our mission community, are so thankful for Dave's life, vision, ministry and influence.
