Sunday was a very exciting day in the village as our orphan Max was baptized in the pond. He has become a strong Christian since coming to the trade school two years ago. He attends the local church with Pastor Ivan and goes to all the youth events that Andrey Shpak holds in the village. He spends his spare time in personal Bible reading study in Russian, although he also went with us to an English Bible study in Zaporosia last winter.Garry and Maria (Masha) were there for the service, and for the fellowship (and it looks like food, too) after, so I have photos to show you.
